Do we ship at your pin code?
We are hoping we do, for we ship to most of the pin codes within India. If your pin code is not serviceable at the moment, please get in touch with us at hella@hellabrands.in. We’ll try our best to ensure your favorite product reaches you!
When will the order reach you?
Typically, it will take 4-5 working days from the date of purchase for the product to reach major cities and 7-8 working days to reach other places.
Can we ship to international locations?
We’re working on it. Meanwhile, write to us at hella@hellabrands.in and we’ll do our best to have the product delivered at your doorstep. The delivery charges will be passed on to you as per actuals.

Do we offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
Yes, we offer COD at no additional charge for all the regular sizes up to an order value to INR 1,000. We accept only prepaid orders for order value greater than INR 1,000.
